We make sure that all products are made and shipped to you in good quality and not faulty. Any product purchased from this website is deemed final and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. We recommend that you follow the fit guide strictly and make sure your measurements correspond to our sizing system.
The exchange of products due to sizing and colour error is not allowed by default. Exceptions may occur only in certain cases, such as when the product is proven to be defective from the production. Please note that BRIAN KHOO will not be responsible for any defects that care caused by logistics, domestic transportation within the destination, mishandle of the product, and negligence of care. Such defects are not taken into accounts and will render your case ineligible for exchange.
Should you wish to exchange defective, received wrong product, product ordered is out of stock or same product ordered twice wrongly, please email us at email@example.com with your invoice number and a photograph of the product. Your case will have to be submitted and evaluated for exchange eligibility by our customer service team. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that items must be 100% unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its original tags intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, store credit will be issued instead.
